In the magical night of Cairo, you will be picked up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza by an Ankh Way Tours tour guide to start an unforgettable evening tour.
We will begin the tour by heading to the Al-Azhar area, in the heart of Cairo, to visit Al-Fishawi Café, one of the most famous and oldest cafés in Cairo. The café gained its great reputation because the Egyptian Nobel Prize–winning writer Naguib Mahfouz used to spend a lot of time there, writing the first drafts of his novels. It has always been a meeting point for artists, intellectuals, and ordinary people, thanks to its unique and authentic atmosphere.
After that, we will proceed to Al-Moez Ldin Allah Street, which is considered the heart of Old Cairo. The street has been developed to become an open-air museum of Islamic architecture and monuments. It includes important historical landmarks such as:
Barquq Mosque and School in El-Nahassen, Al-Aqmar Mosque, Al-Saleh Talae Mosque, the Blue Mosque, and the Dome, Palace, Hospital, and School of Qalawoon.
Al-Moez Street extends from Bab El-Futuh in the north to Bab Zuweila in the south and is considered one of the largest open Islamic museums in Cairo.
Then, we will enjoy an authentic Egyptian dinner at one of the local traditional restaurants to experience real Egyptian cuisine.
After dinner, we will visit one of Cairo’s most famous landmarks, Cairo Tower, located in the heart of the city, where you will have the chance to take memorable photos.
At the end of the tour, our guide will transfer you back to your hotel in a private air-conditioned vehicle, taking with you unforgettable memories from the heart of Cairo.
